Each clamp is a double wrapped metal band formed to a given diameter. The clamp is designed to be slid over the hose end before the fitting is inserted. A punch-type or Fold-up tool is then used to apply the clamp. Punch indentation for ease of center punching. K-clamps may be secured by either a punch or Fold-up method. Less tension loss. Patented hole in inner band gives better internal mechanical locking after punching.
